Leica Store San Francisco is excited to host a special two-day event that includes a special reception with American Birdwatcher Noah Strycker and hands on demonstrations by Leica Sport Optics Manager Jeff Bouton. The event, beginning Saturday afternoon will include a talk and book signing with the highly celebrated and published bird man Noah Strycker who, in 2015, during a quest spanning 41 countries on all seven continents, set a world record by observing 6,042 species of birds in one year. The following morning will be spent bird watching at Fort Mason with Noah Strycker and Jeff Bouton.Saturday between 4pm and 6pm: Reception and presentation by Noah Strycker of his birding work both behind a camera and with Leica's Sport Optics. His presentation will be followed by a Q&A and signing of his new book Birding Without Borders: An Obsession, a Quest, and the Biggest Year in the World.Sunday morning: Enjoy a morning of bird watching with Noah Strycker and Jeff Bouton. Leica while be providing loaner optics for bird watching during the event. This event will the opportunity to see possibly 100 different species of birds while using Leica Binoculars and optics.
