Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose is hosting a lunch and dinner beer pairing event, La Fête de la Bière, showcasing Coronado Brewing Company offerings on Saturday, Sept. 21 and Sunday, Sept. 22.
Guests will be able to enjoy a seasonal four-course prix fixe tasting menu created by Chef de Cuisine David Bastide, with each course designed to pair perfectly with a different Coronado Brewing Company beer. In addition, a sampler of four Coronado Brewing Company beers (5 oz. pours) will be offered for $10.00 and pints will be available for $6.00.
The four-course prix fixe tasting menu with 5 oz. beer pairings will be $40.00 per person (price includes one pint of a favorite beer; excludes tax and gratuity). Reservations are recommended, as seating is limited, and can be made by calling (408) 984-3500. All prix fixe menu items will be available à la carte and the restaurant's regular à la carte menus will also be served.
