Celebratory offerings will include Tarte Lyonnaise (leek, bacon, and goat cheese tart/$7.75); Quenelle Nère Brazier (scallop and salmon mousse, lobster sauce/$8.50); Coq au Vin (red wine braised chicken, baby carrots, pearl onions, lardons/$15.75); and Chocolate Mousse ($5.00).
