Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur, in association with Marin Organic, will host a Sip & Shuck Event on Thursday, April 16 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Priced at $35.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity, the walk-around format event will afford guests the opportunity to enjoy an oyster bar plus passed appetizers and beverages.
The evening's libations will include wine from the Porter Bass Winery (Gurneville), hard cider from AppleGarden Farm (Tomales), and French sparkling wine from Le Grand Courtage (Burgundy, France), all perfect to accompany oysters from Hog Island (Tomales Bay) and appetizers prepared by Left Bank Chef Fabrice Marcon.
