Left Bank Brasserie Larkspur Hosts Hale Mary “Field to Glass” Wine Dinner
Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will host a Hale Mary winery “Field to Glass” Wine Dinner on Thursday, January 3, 2019, the first in a yearlong series showcasing winemakers and other wine professionals who share philosophies that are important to the restaurant such as being good stewards of the land, engaging in sustainable business practices and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The Hale Mary dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m., be priced at $150.00 and will include D’Anjou Pear and Fourme D’Ambert with endive, frisée, watercress, candied walnuts and white balsamic vinaigrette paired with a Hale Mary Russian River Chardonnay 2016; Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks with fennel confit and roasted cipollini onions with a Hale Mary Russian River Pinot Noir 2015; Brillat Savarin cheese with cranberry compote and toasted almonds with a Hale Mary Russian River Pinot Noir 2016; and Chocolate Mousse with caramel Chantilly and a Hale Mary Dessert Wine.
Each subsequent “Field to Glass” dinner is scheduled for the first Thursday of each month (except July which will be the second Thursday) and will be priced at between $125.00 and $250.00, excluding tax and gratuity.
