Lean Futurecasting: Building Products from the Future with DXLabs

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Leave this 1-day, hands-on workshop with an actionable vision for the future of your business.
Fast forward 5 to 10 years. What will your business look like and how will you and your team prepare for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead?
Join us for this jam-packed session as we dive into the process of futurecasting to help you create a long-term strategic vision for your business and a roadmap to get there.
Are you laser focused on the short to medium term and find you can’t even imagine the future? This workshop is ESPECIALLY for you. Industry threats are real, markets will change and you will have new competitors that don’t exist today. Knowing where you’re headed is going to help you rise above the noise in your day-to-day and keep you focused on what matters most in building a sustainable, long-term vision that your employees, partners, customers and supporters can get behind.
What is futurecasting and why is it important?
Futurecasting is a process to help you model future scenarios relevant to your industry. Utilizing emerging trends in technology, business and consumer behavior, this process guides you to rapidly develop ideas for the products and services of tomorrow.
This workshop is for:

Pre-launch (idea to protoype)
Launch (product/service being used by customers)
Growth (scaling customers, products/services and markets)
Hyper Growth (growing your team and expertise at the same time as products/services and customers)
Legacy (long-term business sustainability, exit strategies)

You’ll learn how to:

Think BIG about the future you want to create without limits
Apply futurecasting to develop a long-term strategic vision and roadmap for your business
Define a measurable criteria for success to ensure that you and your team are on track to achieving this vision
Leverage lean startup methodologies to devise short-term experiments to begin testing that roadmap

Workshop Agenda:
