LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will offer Pacific Northwest inspired menu additions Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23 to celebrate the innovative seasonal cuisine of that region. The regular menus will also be available.
For lunch and dinner, diners will be able to enjoy Olympic Provisions Charcuterie and Rogue River Cheese Plate for $18.00 with candied hazelnuts, marionberry jam and huckleberry mostarda; Wild King Salmon Pinwheel for $17.00 with Church Point oysters, chilled sunchoke velouté, and celery and hearts of palm salad; Pan Roasted Columbia River Sturgeon for $36.00 with chanterelle mushrooms, ruby thumb potatoes, house cured cedar smoked bacon and a mountain blackberry salad; Seared Elk Medallions for $38.00 with Rogue River blue cheese polenta cakes, Oregon huckleberries and a pinot noir reduction; and a Sweet Corn Budino for $9.00 with huckleberry compote, rosemary and filbert biscotti, and mascarpone foam.
