LB Steak in Menlo Park will offer Pacific Northwest inspired menu additions Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23 to celebrate the innovative seasonal cuisine of that region. The regular menu will also be available.
The special additions will be House Cured Wild King Salmon for $14.50 with pickled vegetables, lime and dill vinaigrette, fresh onion naan bread and micro licorice; half a dozen Baked Hood Canal Oysters for $15.00 with sunchoke purée, black bean sauce, scallion and palm vinaigrette, and daikon radish sprouts; Lemon Thyme Marinated Grilled Swordfish for $28.50 with heirloom tomato confit, sorrel sauce and chive flower; Crispy Whole Snapper for $27.00 with aromatic mushrooms, sautéed gai lan, and ponzu and sweet chili sauce; and Baklava for $8.00 with pistachios, hazelnuts, macerated figs and orange liquor infused yogurt sauce.
