One of several Mission circuit bars which attracts a young, open-minded and festive crowd. The Latin serves hard liquor and tap beer only, with two people-watching window seats, a long bar, a pool table, and an array of deco kitchen tables for socializing. Quirky decor and rotating wall art, mid-level lighting, high ceilings, unobtrusive music, scattered birthday drinks gatherings and regulars shooting pool create an atmosphere conducive to getting to know your friends better. Weekends ramp up significantly as the rest of the city's hipsters flood in to flirt with each other over the bartenders' well-crafted drinks.
