The people of Peru have a very diverse population with a rich and enveloped history. In part through the migration of Chineses immigrants, we can clearly see the influence in the culture and food today. Chinese food in Peru has evolved into its own culinary staple, identified as "Chifa".
We wanted to focus on our cultural roots for the launch of our new Guest Chef Series "Culinary Passport" We wanted to join forces with the amazing China Live team to create a tasting menu for our guests. Join us for a seven course dinner crafted by both our Chefs, each taking a turn to create a unique representation of their artistry.
You will be greeted with a cocktail for our reception at 6:30pm and some small bites. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:30.
