On Tuesday, March 22, La Mar Cebichería Peruana will take over Roka Bar in Jackson Square for a unique Peruvian evening pop-up with La Mar Chef Victoriano Lopez. Collaborating with Roka Akor’s Executive Chef Roman Petry, Lopez has created an à la carte menu showcasing the restaurant’s Peruvian cuisine that ties in with Roka’s contemporary Japanese flavors. To elevate the full Peruvian experience, Roka Bar will also be serving up special pisco cocktails curated by La Mar’s bar team. Starting at 5:30 p.m., Roka Bar will be serving La Mar’s pop-up menu all evening and walk-ins are encouraged.
