Our core values are driven by a desire to serve good and fresh food to our local community. Our ingredients are cut fresh on the same day to craft the best possible gourmet sandwiches, salads, and hors d’oeuvres. We encourage cheese sampling so our clients can find their perfect cheeses and we serve them by the cut to offer the best possible quality.
We use the same natural and delicious ingredients we grew up with in France. We source some of the finest and most unique cheeses from Europe or U.S., and a variety of European traditional cured meats such as smoked duck breast, Serrano ham, Chorizo and many more. We also offer locally handmade wood-fired bread.
