Join Girls in Tech for an exciting night of Jiu Jitsu Ultimate Fighters!
Starting off with a WOMEN's SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR
A percentage of the proceeds go to Girls in Tech programming!
Kurt Osiander's original 8 Man KO Finisher returns, Saturday June 30th, Live from the Midway! Tonight, we’re bringing together the top local jiu jitsu fighters to see who will have the ultimate bragging rights. The Kurt Osiander's Tournament will feature the sports most well known local fighters. Fight card TBD.
The night starts with a women's-only self-defense seminar courtesy of Black Belt Master Kurt Osiander. Kurt is a respected expert when it comes to teaching nice people self-defense that works! The audience leaves feeling empowered, excited, renewed and grateful for their experience. The message isn't just about effective moves to prevent, and if necessary survive, an assult but how to avoid difficult situations all together.
This tournament, like the ones before it, will continue the tradition of an open and live drawing for the tournament match ups. Nobody, including the fighters, knows who will fight against who and how it will shape up. The evening will feature several non tournament bouts in addition to the quarterfinal, semi final and final rounds of the tournament. The tournament events always sell out so make sure to get yours in advance and soon!
