Komedio’s Comedy Sampler Show is the debut of the Komedio Comedy nerd comedy network. The network launches with four popular Bay Area shows running together with the Komedio Comedy core stand up team.Â
Tonight’s sampler includes a taste of:
Bad Asians - A Bad Asian is someone who does not live up to another's social stereotype of cultural expectations. David Nguyen and Imran, bring together a line up of comedians and invited guests to hold honest conversations and provide commentary on culture and current events.
Geek Show - "The Geek Show" is a dynamic theater experience aimed to celebrate and satirize the phenomenon of "geek culture." It's designed to unite fangirls and fanboys from all geekdoms, alike, and shed light on some of the community's deeper issues and problems from outside and within.
Literary Pop - Literature and Pop Culture collide. Writers, storytellers, and comedians share work inspired by their pop culture obsessions. Hosted by Wonder Dave.
Super Trashed Brothers - Super Trashed Bros brings gamers a high school pep rally, a pub quiz, and a Thunderdome. Compete, cheer, jeer, and triumph in serious-not-serious tournaments featuring comedian commentary, prizes, and the chaos of our drinking rules. Oops, Ja Rules. *takes drink*
With the evening hosted by Stephen Ku, Tirumari Jothi, Marc Abrigo, and Kristee Ono
