Both mobility and stability are key to healthy functioning of the knees. In this 3-part series, students will progressively learn and apply actions to build both knee strength and elasticity, while also observing indirect benefits on hips and ankles. It is recommended students have a minimum of 6-months of Iyengar Yoga experience.
