KNBR and City National Bank are proud to announce San Francisco Giants World Series Champion's Matt Cain & Jeremy Affeldt as our guests of honor.
"The Horse" Matt Cain, a three-time World Series Champion, played 13 major league seasons all with the San Francisco Giants. Cain is regarded as a central figure of the Giants' success in 2010 with both his pitching and leadership.
Jeremy Affeldt a lefty was originally drafted by the Kansas City Royals, where he played 5 seasons before being traded to the Colorado Rockies where he won his first World Series Championship in 2007. Affeldt joined the Giants pitching staff in 2009 where he would go on to be an important part of the three World Championship runs in '10, '12 & '14.
