Kirtan is the practice of devotional chanting, mantra, given to us via the bhakti tradition. Mantra is a powerful and effective tool for strengthening the mind, pulling one out of judgement, criticism, and fear. It elevates consciousness, bringing the practitioner into a state of equanimity with self and others. Robin will be sharing the stories and myths of these chants as means of speaking to the universal truths that underpin the mantras we sing.
