HAPPY PRIDE!
Sex is fun. It feels good and brings us closer together. But for many of us, the sex we’re having doesn’t deliver the excitement it used to, or it doesn’t connect us to one another like we want or need it to. We try to “spice things up” with new positions but still don’t feel the kind of intimacy we seek. Discovering the connection that’s missing isn’t as simple as just contorting your body differently?it’s an inside job as well.
Join Elizabeth McGrath, author of "The Couple's Kama Sutra", in her SF Pride Edition class to explore how to find connection, increase desire and spice up your sex life using exercises and positions from ancient and modern sexuality.
What to expect:
Power dynamics: Exploring topping, bottoming, switching, and transitioning from one energy to another with ease and presence.
Positions: Learning how different bodies work in different positions, as well as how to make them more pleasurable both for you and your partner.
Communication: Talking with your partner about wants and needs, and how to put them into practice to have the hot sex you want!
*This is a queer-centric, pansexual class. All bodies, genders, identities and sexualities are welcome.*Coupled attendance is not mandatory but please be open and prepared to be matched with a partner.*This class is conducted clothed but feel free to slip into something comfy or that makes you feel sexy!*Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
