Your host: Juliana Gobetti FittsTo know juliana, is to know cooking as an act of love. Love for delicious food, for family and friends, and for making time to enjoy life's pleasures.
A native of Brazil, Juliana grew up in the kitchen - her father had an Italian Restaurant and she got used to watching him and the cooks go at it on a daily basis. Inspired by her childhood experience, she trained in Europe and perfected her cooking skills. Juliana defines her approach as uncomplicated: she sticks to the basics and uses far less ingredients than one would think. She loves entertaining and frequently hosts impromptu dinner gatherings with friends -- and now you are invited!

Wine pairings designed by Thamis Esteves Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Thamis has been a wine enthusiast and student since wine got in her veins while studying in Paris after college 20 years ago. Thamis holds a WSET Advanced Diploma from London and a Sommelier certificate from ABS - Brazilian Sommelier Society in Sao Paulo.
