China Live, an interactive culinary and cultural destination in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown, is welcoming famed cook and food-writer Fuchsia Dunlop for an exciting and delicious exploration of the release of her new cookbook THE FOOD OF SICHUAN.
China Live is known for offering an experience unlike any other. The restaurant and marketplace offer authentic and culturally engaging Chinese cuisine influenced by rich history and gastronomy. On this special night, the exclusive menu will be inspired by Fuchsia Dunlop's newest book, THE FOOD OF SICHUAN. Beginning at 6:30 PM PST, guests can enjoy a cocktail reception, appetizers, and an extensive four-course family style dinner with select wines as well as a signed copy of the new book.
