March 11, 10:30am to 12:00pm
Join other families in a cozy and welcoming environment to celebrate this joyful Jewish costume holiday. We'll sing silly Purim songs and hear how brave Queen Esther saved the day, led by Rabbi Bridget and beloved Jewish songleader Isaac Zones. We'll also enjoy a hands-on service project, yummy Purim treats, and more. We encourage children and adults to come in costume. A silly hat or your shirt on backwards works great!
Jewish Gateways' HandsOn Holiday events are for children 0-5 and their grownups, as well as older siblings. All are welcome, including interfaith, LGBTQ, and adoptive families; single parents; and grandparents. No Jewish knowledge or experience is necessary.
