Jamison Roundtable with Tallia Hart - SF Chamber

SEE EVENT DETAILS
JAMISON ROUNDTABLE LUNCHEON- BE PART OF THE CONVERSATION
GUEST SPEAKER:    Tallia Hart, President and CEO, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce
Please join The City Club of San Francisco and Host David Jamison in welcoming Tallia Hart to the Roundtable. Hart began her tenure in March 2017, and is a triple threat - the Chamber’s first-ever woman president, first-ever minority president and youngest president in its 167-year history.
Hart worked for seven years at the Irvine business group and her selection marked a return to the Bay Area for her and her family. She was the president and CEO of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce in Marin County before moving to Southern California.
Hart was abandoned as a baby in Vietnam during the end of the U.S. involvement in the war, rescued by a nun and placed in an orphanage. She was adopted by an American couple and grew up in Colorado. Hart and her husband, Mark Bodenhamer, adopted their daughter Lola, who was also an orphan in Vietnam.
“I’m honored to lead the Chamber of Commerce in one of the most innovative cities in the world,” said Hart. “The San Francisco Chamber already has an impressive depth of programming and plays an important public policy role. Now we have an opportunity to think outside the box to further strengthen our relationships with business leaders to grow and diversify the organization.” The Chamber serves more than 2,500 businesses and 200,000 employees in the Bay Area.
LUNCHEON WILL BE SERVED.
This will be a small group to allow for questions and discussion, seating is limited.
