Celebrating it’s fourth year, James Beard Foundation Taste America returns at the charming Vibiana, September 23-24, 2016! Guests will delight in a one-of-a-kind four course dining experience, prepared by Taste America All-Star and James Beard Award-winner Anita Lo (annisa) will collaborate with Local All-Star Charles Phan (Slanted Door) and Pastry Chef Belinda Leong (B. Patisserie) to create a one-of-a-kind four-course dining experience. This unique partnering of culinary greats will also feature a tasting reception, where Host Chef Daniel Corey (Luce), Dennis Lee (Namu), Pim Techamuanvivit (Kin Khao), Brandon Jew (Mr. Jiu’s), Martin Yan (M.Y. China), Tim Archuleta (ICHI Sushi), and Srijith Gopinathan (Taj Campton) will dazzle guests with their individual culinary styles. Weekend festivities will also include in-store celebrity chef appearances, cooking demonstrations, book signings, tastings and more at Sur La Table.
