Inspired by Oakland's hyphy movement - a local cultural style known for its energetic music, colorful cars and custom rims - the celebration will feature more than 40 classic and custom cars, over 30 local vendors, and live music and entertainment in an all-ages, family- and pet-friendly atmosphere.
