Once we attain completion our previous patterns are burned and we are set free to initiate a new way of being.
Completion is a space or state of being where there are no regrets or worries. No emotions or thought patterns have a hold over us in the present or the future. It's a feeling of bliss throughout our daily lives, not just when we are meditating or doing yoga.
Completion when applied can be the perfect complement to meditation practices such as mindfulness, silent Sufi meditation and Transcendental Meditation.
