Please join Andrew Frawley, Yida Gao, Brody West and tech entrepreneurs across SF for a conversation with Andrew Yang, Democratic candidate for president.
One of the most exciting candidates in the 2020 US Presidential Election, Andrew Yang (D) is looking to bring his experience as a successful tech entrepreneur and innovator to the White House.
In 2011 he founded Venture for America, and spent the last 6 years helping to create more than 2,500 jobs in cities like Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh.
Andrew realized artificial intelligence threatens one-third of all jobs, and that we need a vision for a radically different future. In The War on Normal People (April 2018), he explains this crisis, arguing for The Freedom Dividend, $1,000 a month for every American adult, a central pillar of his platform.
At this event, Andrew will give a short presentation about his vision for America, followed by plenty of time for Q&A.
You can read more about Andrew's platform here, and check out his features in the New York Times, Huffington Post, CNBC and Business Insider.
We hope to see you there!
Cocktails and snacks will be available.
