In this unique workshop, we'll reimagine and redefine leadership and what it COULD look like in community. From finding our uncomfortable spots to uncovering what makes us willing to take a risk, we'll demystify charisma and the concept of the 'shiny' leader.
We'll look at the power of being quiet and the power of communication (in all of its forms).
We'll come together to learn from each other.
We'll look for ways to lead...and how that doesn't have to mean you're in the center.
