Learn tools for clearing, restoring and moving energy in the body to apply to yourself, or for massage therapists, to your clients.
This workshop is power-packed with self-care tools for clearing, restoring and moving energy in the body. You will feel like you have had a Body Journey Massage Experience® even if you're not the lucky one to get onto the class table. A Body Journey Massage Experience® is a multimodality bodywork treatment utilizing sound, touch, and energy.
First, your energy will be opened with a crystal bowl voice overtone sound bath, allowing you to easily feel your own chi pulsing throughout your body. Then you will learn how to move chi using acupressure energy-work - a potent self-care technique. Towards the end, a participant will hop on a massage table and Tonia will demonstrate how to weave all of the elements of a body journey together to create a multi-dimensional experience.
This class is open to massage therapists and to anyone interested in the healing arts.
