Ving Tsun Kung Fu commonly known as Wing Chun, is a Chinese martial arts system developed some 300 years ago by a Shaolin nun, Ng Mui. The system was named after her first student Yim Ving Tsun and have since been passed down from generation to generation.
The effectiveness of Ving Tsun does not rely on brute strength, rather on efficiency in movement and economy of energy. Ving Tsun is simple, but not easy. In this 6 week introduction course, you will be taught key principles and beginner exercise of Ving Tsun, yoga for martial artists and the concept of kung fu life.
