This is a 4 week class Wednesday nights, March 21 - April 11, from 6pm to 7:15pm.
Registration is listed for the first date, and registering for the first class will register you for all four classes.
Doors open at 5:45p. Come early to enjoy some tea!


Through an awareness of our moment to moment reality of feelings and thoughts, we will learn how to accept what's happening right now, without judgement, ultimately gaining a more compassionate relationship to ourselves and others.
