Kriya Yoga was once a secret knowledge traditionally reserved only for Gurus going back thousands of years to the original 18 Siddhas of ancient India. The powerful scientific art of Kriya Yoga, popularized by Yogananda in the early 1900’s, is considered the master key for Self Realization.
Today the teachings and yogic practices can be applied by people of all walks of life to find greater health, happiness, well-being, and success.Ingvar Villido (Ishwarananda), from Estonia, is a modern self-realized master, holding the rare honor of being an Acharya of Babaji Kriya Yoga, has revitalized the ancient Siddhar teachings to be accessible and practical for everyday people.
