This half-day seminar will address updates in International Tax including:
Foreign Tax Credit/Expense Allocation Proposed Regulations
GILTI Proposed Regulations
Section 965 Proposed Regulations
International Tax aspects of the Section 163(j) Proposed Regulations
Other new guidance from Treasury, IRS, and Congress.
The San Francisco Chapter of TEI has been approved by the State Bar of California to provide continuing legal education (CLE) credits. This specific program is scheduled to provide 3 hours of CLE credits in taxation based on 60-minute hours. In addition, the chapter follows the continuing professional education (CPE) guidelines specified in the California Chapter of Accountancy Regulations. Based on 50-minute hours, this specific program is scheduled to provide 3.5 hours of CPE credits in taxation.
