The International Maritime Center (IMC) is the Seaman's Club in Oakland California. The IMC provides assistance to seafarers, waterfront workers, and truckers regardless of religion, race or nationality. The facility was built in 1989 with a grant from the International Transport Workers Federation, an alliance of unions and the help of the Port of Oakland and serves all the commercial ports in the Bay Area.
