AI has many applications in automotive, from the obvious self-driving and ADAS applications, to smart cities and V2x. But this specific type of Generative AI, of the ChatGPT variety, has unique new applications. Properly applied AI can quickly make new winners and losers, and the auto industry won't be an exception. Carmakers that leverage this AI early, and use it to serve their customers will have an advantage over those that don't.
