Indonesian X Malaysian Pop-Up Dinner Lunar New Year Celebration

Chef Tracy of The Laksa Project is collaborating with an Indonesian chef, Siska of Chilicali to introduce Malaysian and Indonesian food to San Francisco. This menu features a Nusantara region Lunar New Year feast by the chef duo, served family style in a community dining setting. The venue is a nonprofit vocational school serving the local low income community.
