Join San Francisco Planning in the first technical training and informational session regarding the recent revisions to the Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program codified in Section 415 of the Planning Code, which entered into effect as of August 2017.
This training will provide an overview of the new requirements, procedures, and changes to the application review process for residential projects of ten or more units.
Any party actively involved in new residential property development in San Francisco is encouraged to attend, including residential development firms, land use attorneys, real estate brokers, and financial underwriters.
