Wine Director Jorge Tinoco thinks discovering wine should be as enjoyable as drinking it. With this mantra in mind Jorge is offering a fun and informal wine tasting experience, just the way he tastes with his wine geek friends! Jorge will carefully select and pour 12 wines at each tasting, and is known for tipping a few surprise bottles too! Tastings will take place in The Restaurant’s intimate cellar on the grand tasting table.
