Kelli White is the Senior Staff Writer for GuildSomm. Previously, White worked as a sommelier at New York City’s Veritas, followed by PRESS in St. Helena. In 2013, White was named one of Food & Wine’s top ten sommeliers in the country, followed by a prestigious nomination for the Roederer Awards’ Best Emerging Wine Writer Award in 2016, and a Sommelier/Wine Director of the year nomination in 2017 by Wine Enthusiast magazine. Her work has appeared in World of Fine Wine, Robb Report, Sommelier Journal, Le Pan, and Vinous. Napa Valley, Then & Now documents an in-depth history and overview of the wineries and wines of Napa Valley and has received an immense amount of critical acclaim. The book has already won multiple awards, including the IACP award for Best New Wine, Beer, or Spirits Book, as well as a Graphis design award.
