Feel. Better. Together.
The imBODIED movement meditation practice is a 90-minute group experience for deepening into embodied presence, connection, and action.
Over the course of the workshop, we'll move through the five principles of imBODIED, offering ourselves:
Room to Notice: We turn toward what arises; courage becomes a practice.
Room to Be With: We anchor ourselves through connection; compassion becomes a practice.
Room to Move: We allow ourselves to move and be moved; letting go becomes a practice.
Room to Include More: We expand our capacity for aliveness; resilience becomes a practice.
Room to Choose: We embody agency and act from what matters; possibility becomes a practice.
By blending the language of sensation, somatic mindfulness, self-generated movement, nervous system regulation, and powerful questions, imBODIED offers a path to undo isolation and increase our capacity to engage with life.
No previous movement experience—or experience with somatics—is required. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes for movement and may practice barefoot or in socks.
Note: the floor of the space is poured concrete. Protect your feet with shoes if you prefer.

Limited space available. Get a ticket to reserve a spot.
