IMAGE TRANSFER TO TEXTILESCreate your own clothing set using custom image transfer techniqueswith Kelley O’LearyIn this workshop, artist Kelley O'Leary will demonstrate an image transfer technique to print patterns on clothing. We will be printing on fabric, but the technique learned can translate to many other materials, including paper, textiles and wood. Students will leave with an original hand printed outfit!
Students must bring: Light colored cotton clothing to print on. The artist suggests pants and shirt in matching color.
Bites from the Palette menu and a wine pairing will be included in the workshop.

Kelley O’Leary is a multidisciplinary artist based in the Bay Area who works primarily in collage, sculpture and social practice. She has exhibited in galleries throughout the Bay Area, Los Angeles & Massachusetts. She has been awarded artist residencies at Root Division, Bullseye Glass, Collaborative Arts Mobility Project, The Jennings Hotel and Irving Street Projects, where she received a Zellerbach Family Foundation Grant for Community Arts in 2017. Kelley graduated with a B.A. in Art and Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
