Illustrating the Sandhills

Ever draw an endangered species? This class will highlight the Museum’s annual spring Art of Nature exhibit. Learn about the tools and techniques used by our exhibit artists. In the afternoon, we will visit the unique and endemic Sandhills habitat of the Randall Morgan Sandhills Preserve in Scotts Valley to practice nature illustration in the field. $25 Museum members/$30 general. Event will start at the Museum then carpool up to the Randall Morgan Sandhills Preserve.
