ANTHONY PARASOLE (The Corner/Deconstruct - NYC)
ONLY $10 before 11pm
$4 Palomas until 11pm

It's fitting that this party falls on 4/4, as we have two guests who will be delivering their own distinct variations on that timeless rhythm.

ANTHONY PARASOLE is a New York producer/DJ/label owner/promoter whose name often gets mentioned in the same sentence as ICEE HOT favorites Levon Vincent, DJ Qu, Fred P, Jus-Ed, and Joey Anderson. Much like those artists, Parasole specializes in the murky, soulful, hypnotic, and banging house and techno that has helped define the deep New York sound of the past several years. Along with Levon, he co-founded Deconstruct Records, and he also runs his own label, The Corner, which has become a widely celebrated imprint in its own right since its launch in 2012. It's also become a home base for many of his own productions, although Parasole did release an excellent 12" on Marcel Dettmann's MDR label last year. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he will forever be associated with New York, but that hasn't stopped famed clubs like Berghain from making him a regular behind the decks. Simply put, the guy has seen and done a lot, and it's safe to say that he knows his shit.

Joining him on the bill is LEON VYNEHALL, a UK producer who's quickly gaining recognition for his dusty, swing-fueled take on house music. His productions are a deft balancing act between gritty and light-footed sounds, but always with a keen sense of melody. He's released on 3024, Aus, Man Make Music, and Well Rounded Records, and his new mini-LP, 'Music for the Uninvited,' is just about to drop. Even better, in true ICEE HOT style, he'll be making his SF debut. You don't want to miss it.

As always, ICEE HOT vibesmen GHOSTS ON TAPE, DJ WILL, and SHAWN REYNALDO will be there to set the mood.
