April 16th - A Taste of ...Rye and Whiskey. Hyatt Carmel Highlands will do a comparative tasting between three whiskeys made under the Knob Creek label: Knob Creek Bourbon, Knob Creek Rye and Knob Creek Single Barrel Select. All three of these fall under one label, but certainly give off their own characteristics.
