Hummus Mediterranean Kitchen Hosts Grand Opening with 50% Going Back to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford!

On Saturday, October 7th from 10:30am-10pm, Hummus Mediterranean Kitchen will be opening their doors to the Palo Alto community in the Stanford Shopping Center, right next to Pacific Catch! The Turkish Mediterranean restaurant, known for its high-quality and fresh ingredients, is excitedly opening their fourth location and will be donating 50% of their grand-opening sales to Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford!
The new Palo Alto location will feature casual table service with indoor and outdoor seating available for approximately 80+ guests! Guests can expect delicious authentic Turkish cuisine like fan-favorite kebabs and gyros served with rice, baba ganoush, moussaka and baklava! Each menu item is prepared with the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices, halal meats that are slow-roasted rotisserie-style, and the finest olive oil to make bountiful and bright dishes that make guests feel like they are having a homemade meal. Unique to the restaurant and Turkish cuisine is the Lahmacun (Turkish Pizza), a handmade and made-to-order thin-crust flatbread with minced meat, veggies, herbs, and spices. The menu also includes a variety of hummus, Turkish beef dumplings (Manti), Baba Ghanoush, salads, flatbreads, wraps, and a handcrafted selection of entrees like Moussaka, Branzino, Kebabs and more.
