Shelly didn't study art in undergrad but rather sports management and economics which led her to work in several industries including professional sports and finance for a decade. She went on to study to become a certified financial planner and apprenticed under Tara Gentile as a business coach. In 2008 a move out of the country and reignited her love of photography. The following year she applied her business savvy to open her photography business. She's shot for Citibank, MillerCoors, Discovery Girls Magazine, 49ers, Michael Mina, and many more. Further, she's running a business strategy company that helps creative entrepreneurs earn money doing what they love.
