Dr. Landsverk has over 25 years of experience as a house calls geriatrician, treating patients and working with families. She will have helpful insights for best practices working with your doctor as a 'team' and how to help your doctor help you.

Dr. Landsverk is founder of ElderConsult Geriatric Medicine in Burlingame, is a Medical Director for two dementia communities on the Peninsula, and an Adjunct Professor at Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Landsverk founded ElderConsult in 2006 in order to provide excellent care at home for her patients and provide education and support for families and elder care professionals.
