Most of us long for deeper, more intimate connection in our friendships and romantic relationships. Yet we don't always know how to create it, and many times we unconsciously put barriers in our own way. By learning what we are really looking for in relationships and what obstacles we put in the way, love and connection can flow more naturally.
This workshop is designed for both individuals and couples who would like to bring more depth to their intimate relationship. Gal utilizes practical and transformative information from the scientifically researched field of attachment. Attachment has been called the science of love and provides a critical map for understanding love and relationships. Learn how to use mindfulness and the wisdom of the body-mind connection to discover your own patterns, as well as gain a view of the impression you might be giving others.

Gal Szekely, MFT is a marriage counselor and relationship expert. He is the founder of The Couples Center – an organization dedicated to helping couples create A Love that Lasts, through counseling, evening and weekend events. Gal is adjunct faculty at CIIS, and a teacher in the Hakomi mindfulness based therapy approach. His work and teaching are based on mindfulness and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. Gal and his wife, Liron, lead Love Made Simple, a highly regarded weekend workshop that helps couples rediscover their love and create a more intimate and passionate relationship.
