Most of us long for deeper, more intimate connection in our friendships and romantic relationships. Yet we don't always know how to create it, and many times we unconsciously put barriers in our own way. By learning what we are really looking for in relationships and what obstacles we put in the way, love and connection can flow more naturally.
This workshop is designed for both individuals and couples who would like to bring more depth to their intimate relationship. Gal utilizes practical and transformative information from the scientifically researched field of attachment. Attachment has been called the science of love and provides a critical map for understanding love and relationships.
