Inversions work on the respiratory, circulatory, nervous and endocrine systems. They change the "very personality and the mental attitude of a person for the better....strengthen will power, improve memory, increase intellectual capacity and bring emotional stability if practiced regularly."
Spend the afternoon with Julia learning how to go into or go deeper into your inversions. Class will begin with noting the challenges in each students poses. Poses covered will be: Handstand, Headstand, Peacock Pose and Shoulder Stand.
