Building Policy - 

Pets Policy - The building does not allow any animals on premises except for certified service animals
Bikes - Please communicate to all event attendees that no bikes, skateboards or carts can enter through the lobby. Please use the loading garage located on Beale Street. 
Moving and Delivering - 

In the Moving and Delivering doc, you will find our building's policy re: the use of our freight elevator, loading doc and more. 
Building Access -  Any external vendor or Caterer who would like to use the freight elevator will need to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the Launchpad Space team, and we will fill out an Access Request Form to the building management along with that COI at least 24 hours in advance. Here are the COI Guidelines
Loading - If you are walking in with something small enough to carry in your hands, it is ok to go through the building's lobby located on 301 Howard St. San Francisco. Any larger items need to come in through the loading garage & freight elevator - Please use the loading garage located on Beale Street. 

Instructions - 

From Beale street, push the buzzer and the security officer will open the loading garage for you 
Go to the first freight elevator at ground level and take it down to the basement. 
From the basement, you will head to second main freight elevator which takes you up to the 4th floor. Please contact you main POC to get out of the freight elevator room into the Launchpad Space on the 4th floor
