How to Explore Dreams: A Workshop with Fariba Bogzaran

SEE EVENT DETAILS
We spend one third of our life sleeping and experience several dreams each night. Exploring our dreams can help with creativity, problem solving, inventions, and personal growth. How can we access this hidden treasure?
There are many types of dreams—from extraordinary dreams, lucid dreaming, mutual dreaming, healing dreams to ordinary "day residue" dreams.  Discover the complexity of the dreaming world in this three-hour workshop that teaches you how to remember and explore your dreams to creatively integrate them into your waking life.
This event is part of the How to Series. Purchase series tickets here.
Fariba Bogzaran, PhD, a scientist and artist, is one of the pioneers in the field of dream studies.  She founded the graduate dream studies certificate program at JFK University and taught there for twenty-five years.  With her creative methodology, she has trained students and professionals in working with dreams internationally since 1984. Expert in lucid dreaming, her work is informed by her training in sleep science, psychology, shamanism, and art. She is the co-author of two major academic books on dreams: Extraordinary Dreams (2002) and Integral Dreaming (2012), both published by State University of New York Press. She is adjunct faculty at CIIS.
